We're on the lookout for a skilled Gen AI Specialist to be part of our team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in artificial intelligence and natural language processing.

As a Gen AI Specialist, you'll have a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models, with a focus on LLM (Large Language Models) like BERT, Transformer, and GPT.

• Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize advanced machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques such as BERT, Transformer, and GPT for complex NLP tasks.
• Algorithm Implementation: Implement machine learning algorithms and techniques for natural language understanding and generation applications.
• Data Processing: Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract relevant features and insights for model training.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate machine learning model performance and refine models to achieve desired outcomes.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with AI and NLP advancements, exploring innovative methodologies to enhance model capabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and drive implementation efforts.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document research findings and present insights to stakeholders effectively.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms with a focus on NLP applications.
• Proficiency in Python, and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• In-depth understanding of BERT, Transformer, and GPT models, with practical experience in applying them to real-world problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Prior experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing projects is highly desirable.
