Description

• Knowing all the details of the Company, Senior living segment, Sale offering, corresponding agreements, price, and service offerings.
• Work on the leads meticulously, and all the leads of the day (office hours) have to be completed by touching
• Fix Site visits as per the target set by the organization.
• Provide feedback about the lead's quality on a daily basis with DSR
• Also responsible for postsales, stagewise construction has to be communicated to the customers and invoices has to be raised on time and ensure 100% collection.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the organization.
• Staying updated with market trends to better serve customers.
• Identifying customer needs and providing solutions through the company's products and services.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospects.
• Keeping a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.
• Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
