Installation and configuration of operating systems like, Windows 10 & 1- Configuring Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express to user systems.


  • Troubleshooting various network problems like port enabling, crimping.
  • Supporting employees through Remote Desktop & Remote Assistance.
  • Handling LAN issues and basic network issues.
  • Hardware Components replacement and coordinating with vendors.
