Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring calls, chats and verifying sales to one of the international clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing and monitoring the performance of calls, chats and verifying sales
  • Maintaining the internal data report
  • Identifying trends from the monitored contacts and sharing action plans
  • Participating in external and internal quality calibrations
  • Identify the process gaps, conduct dip checks and work with Quality Lead in building action plans

Requirements:


  • Minimum of a 1 year experience in Quality Analyst role in an International BPO/Call Center
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English. Ability to articulate feedback or observations in written form
  • Experience in identifying root cause, analysing, monitoring compliance to SOP
  • Ability to work independently
  • Graduates/undergraduates can apply
  • Should be ready to join on or before 10th March 2023
