Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our organization.In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring calls, chats and verifying sales to one of the international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and monitoring the performance of calls, chats and verifying sales
- Maintaining the internal data report
- Identifying trends from the monitored contacts and sharing action plans
- Participating in external and internal quality calibrations
- Identify the process gaps, conduct dip checks and work with Quality Lead in building action plans
Requirements:
- Minimum of a 1 year experience in Quality Analyst role in an International BPO/Call Center
- Excellent Written and Verbal English. Ability to articulate feedback or observations in written form
- Experience in identifying root cause, analysing, monitoring compliance to SOP
- Ability to work independently
- Graduates/undergraduates can apply
- Should be ready to join on or before 10th March 2023
