Work From Office Only

Experience Should be from BPO Industry Only.

Shift:
Rotational Shift

Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)

Requirements:

Good Communication skills
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
Network Firewall Technical Support Voice process Experience is Mandatory.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good technical knowledge

Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate
