Company Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the protective paints segment.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the target market sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and crosssell products.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our protective paints and coatings.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to provide customized solutions and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the protective coatings or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry event
Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
Experience:
- Sales : 2 years (preferred)

- Vesu Village, Surat, Gujarat (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Vesu Village, Surat, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
