Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the protective paints segment.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the target market sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and crosssell products.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our protective paints and coatings.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to provide customized solutions and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the protective coatings or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry event

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel

Experience:


  • Sales : 2 years (preferred)
Paints Sales: 2 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Vesu Village, Surat, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Vesu Village, Surat, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
