Sales


  • Achieve agreed sales target in a given territory.
  • Ensure the range selling.
  • Implementation of promotion schemes and other company policies and procedures down the line.
  • Maintain territory EDS, secondary sales data etc. Ensure the width and depth of coverage of company's products.
  • Each Sales Executive has to ensure 10 key accounts activation in a month. 6. Visit and maintain the key account list and ensure best service to them. 7. Ensure customer complaints are addressed within specified time frames as per set procedure.
  • Focus will be on 500ml to get the maximum sales in this year Distributor Management
  • Distributor servicing and management.
  • Appointment of Distributors
  • Distributor appointments. Maintain FIFO at stockist's level.
Team Management


  • Ensure each SO/PSR should punch their attendance/reports in mobile app on regular basis.
  • Visiting the towns and distributors as per the PJP, itinerary & work in the retail, HVO (High Volume Outlets) and key accounts.
  • Supervising and coach the distributor/ salesmen time to time. Each SE has to work with each SO/PSR's minimum 20 calls in each working day and ensure the primary orders from visited towns/stockists.
Reporting


  • Compilation of daily market and other required reports like DSR, PJP, Expenses, and Market Beat Plans Stockists wise should be maintained and submitted within stipulated time frame.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
