Howell is looking for Senior Specialist in Client Services person who has extensive Client support/services handling experience in security, fire, safety, IT, AV Energy management and building automation business.


The role is responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.

You will play a critical role in maintaining and building strong client relationships, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

This position requires a deep understanding of our offerings, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Reporting:
The position reports to the Technical Manager


Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • A Sr. Specialist
  • Client Services primarily assists understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Coordinate with clients to schedule manpower for resolution of reported issues. Focusing mostly on managing manpower schedules, material delivery, payment followups etc.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • A Sr. Specialist
- prepare Complaint basis daily reports and then follows up with the team and client.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful resolution of problems.
  • Provide administrative support and monitoring service field team. Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports for team members.
  • File all service documents like Service reports, handover document etc (hard and soft copies).
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation of interactions.
  • Generate regular reports on client feedback, issues, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with team for pending calls for any client.
  • Manages and controls the service expenses.
  • Preparing the weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintaining service calls and Billing file.
  • Processing RMA for faulty device and Dispatching.
  • Preparation of AMC Proposal and general Quotation.
  • Processing PI, PO, WO and RO through EPICOR.
  • Material followup and Payment processing of suppliers.
  • Preparing Challans and handover documents.
  • Should have excellent communication skills & should have good command over the English/Hindi.
  • Should have working experience of 46 years in client services, or a related role.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have excellent computer skills, particularly, MS office and internet. Working knowledge of SAP/ MS Projects / EPICOR will be added advantage.
  • The Job is in house and does not require the travel.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
