Responsibilities:

Capture highquality photographs of the cafe's interior, exterior, food, beverages, and events, ensuring they reflect the cafe's unique atmosphere and style.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the cafe's brand image, target audience, and photography requirements for various marketing campaigns.
Develop a photography plan and schedule to ensure coverage of key events, seasonal menu changes, and promotional activities.
Use professional photography equipment and techniques to achieve excellent image quality, proper lighting, composition, and focus.
Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual appeal, ensuring consistent branding and aesthetics.
Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including photographs and videos, for easy access and future use.
Stay uptodate with photography trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding results.
Collaborate with the cafe staff to plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as food stylists, when required, to enhance the visual appeal of food and beverages in photographs.
Adhere to deadlines and deliver photographs promptly, meeting the requirements of different marketing channels, including social media, website, and print materials.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in food, lifestyle, and interior photography.
Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to capture the essence and unique features of the cafe's ambiance, food, and beverages.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking direction from the marketing team and communicating effectively with the cafe staff.
Creativity and a strong artistic vision, with the ability to adapt to different styles and aesthetics as per the cafe's brand guidelines.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual requirements for optimized image presentation.
Knowledge of video recording and editing is a plus.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry or food and beverage photography is desirable.
