We Offer

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You are part of a dynamic team responsible for Management of orders, Execution of Transactions and Confirmation/Reporting of trades in Equities, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Bonds, Listed Structured Products (3rd parties), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Third Party PMS for CS Private Bank in India
  • Liaising with external and internal intermediaries for execution of orders, settlement of trades and building relationships
  • To ensure all compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to and mitigation strategies followed in case of errors
  • Helping ARMs/RMs/Product Team in solving problems in queries, investment options, client calls etc.
  • To support the business' activities in both primary and secondary markets for equity and fixed income, including primary bond subscriptions, secondary price discovery and order execution
  • You will help with answering various day to day queries the team receives
  • Equities trading experience and understanding of the market functioning.
  • Knowledge of functioning of NEAT and BOLT terminals (Direct Terminals of Exchange) for Equities is mandatory.
  • Knowledge and experience of Fixed Income trade reporting on various platforms i.e., CBRICS, FTrac and NDS-RST is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Mutual Fuds scheme types, timelines, transaction reporting platforms etc. To liaise with Fund Houses, RTAs, Custodian, Bank for execution of orders and settlement of trades
  • To ensure all compliance and legal guidelines are adhered related to BAU
  • Good communication skills to understand and communicate effectively and efficiently to the relevant stakeholders/internal & external intermediaries to ensure smooth processing/execution of transactions across all asset classes.
  • Proactively taking up transaction/order related issues with the relevant stakeholders/3rd parties for quick and smooth resolving of the issues for ensuring transaction processing.
  • Well conversant with MS office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. This is required for transaction processing and preparing MIS reporting for internal purpose and Business stakeholders
  • Keep abreast with the product knowledge and market intelligence
Partnerships

  • You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships and work closely and with various key internal partners including RMs, FMs, ICs, Product Team, Platform, Operations, Middle Office, COO, Compliance etc.
  • Externally, it will be important to develop and maintain good professional relationships with our panel of approved brokers, including sales and traders, to facilitate the execution of orders, settlement of trades and procure assistance in prompt resolution of any trade issues
Compliance

  • You will need to strictly adhere to all applicable internal policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, including fulfilling Best Execution principles in the execution of trades
Market Intelligence and Knowledge Building

  • You will need to keep abreast of the latest market development and product knowledge
  • You will have access to wide range of market information and research and are encouraged to make full use of these

  • You are a team player with positive 'can do' attitude, and will proactively collaborate and work with other team members
  • You have strong technical knowledge (particularly Microsoft Excel, including advanced literacy & ability to code macros and Outlook)
  • You should knowledge of functioning of NEAT and BOLT terminals (Direct Terminals of Exchange) for Equities
  • You should have knowledge of functioning of other exchange platforms i.e. BSE IBBS, NSEeIPO, ENIT etc.
  • You should have prior knowledge of functioning of various reporting platforms
  • CBRICS, FTrac and NDS-RST (Exchange platforms) and the regulatory framework of dealing in OTC markets as an advantage
  • You should have knowledge about ASBA module for primary bond subscriptions.
  • You should have strong technical knowledge of Reuters & Bloomberg for quick and better price sourcing, order placement to external brokers and other functionalities
  • You should have prior work experience in the financial industry (min 2yrs); previous experience in equity (trading or execution) is mandatory.
  • You should have a high standard of professional work ethic, and be fully accountable and transparent
  • You are hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of flexibility
