  • Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Inspire creative and clients to go beyond the beaten path in connecting with consumers
  • Lead the discovery process to uncover consumer, customer, competitive and cultural insights
  • Define purchase funnel across online and offline in one window
  • Create creative briefs that distils tons of data and information into an inspiring shot
  • Arrive at a strategic direction after comprehensive analysis of all information in great detail, including demographics, socioeconomics and the market for the client's product and market share
  • Define sharp problem definition and inspire most compelling creative solutions
  • Drive effectiveness for brands by raising the level of strategic inputs & by defining KPIs
  • Play team with account management and creative in creating better work
  • Responsible for recognition in industry awards forum for Brand/Campaign effectiveness
  • Partner clients in defining brand strategy and consequently communication strategy that can drive growth
  • Make persuasive presentation/pitches in putting forth very clear strategic priorities and recommendations

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in championing big ideas and being a lighthouse through the creative process
  • You have a few awards like Effies, WARC etc. under your belt to underscore your credentials
  • Experience in discovering insights through qualitative and quantitative data
  • Skilled in working with data and analytics tools to create actionable insights (Google Analytics, social listening tools, etc.)
  • Ability to conduct and interpret primary and secondary research and use this data to glean insights, developing user personas, customer journeys and communications plans
  • Remarkable ability to persuade and convince anyone in favour of your POV
