Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of real estate market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments.
  • Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Qualifications:
1. 12th / Any degree.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
