Seller Onboarding Partner - Jaipur, India - Grocito Online Private Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new sellers onto our platform and guide them through the onboarding process
- Communicate effectively with new sellers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide ongoing support to sellers to ensure their success on our platform
- Manage seller accounts and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve seller inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the onboarding process and seller experience
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, Marketing or related field
- 1 Year+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus
Job Types:

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary:
₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
