Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and others to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Create
posters, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Develop and
refine visual design elements, including icons, graphics, layouts, and color schemes, in line with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Produce
highquality, pixelperfect designs for user interfaces, considering usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
Conduct thorough research on
user preferences, design trends, and industry standards to inform design decisions and ensure our products remain visually appealing and up to date.

Collaborate with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.

Conduct design reviews and actively participate in feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs based on stakeholder input.
Maintain a comprehensive
design library, ensuring assets are organized, properly labeled, and easily accessible to the team.
Stay
updated on design tools, techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design processes and capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a software development or technologyfocused environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including user interfaces, icons, illustrations, and branding.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Excellent eye for aesthetics, composition, typography, and color theory.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in user interface design.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within crossfunctional teams, incorporating feedback and adapting to evolving project requirements.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
Knowledge of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Passion for staying updated on industry trends, design advancements, and emerging technologies.
