Inside Sales Associate is an "_
intermediate Sales position_"_ responsible for providing customer service assistance within their assigned territory or cluster, in coordination with the broader Sales acquisition team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which products and services meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Qualify assigned sales leads by assessing requirement & challenges in customer supply chain.
- Analyze client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services.
- Generate new opportunities through outbound calling and micromarketing activities.
- Organize marketing activities to get new sources of lead generation and new business.
- Conduct first level risk analysis to understand fitment with Intelog's policies.
- Client handling beginning with sourcing and serve as the first point of contact for any client concerns.
Qualifications
- 6 months 1 year of relevant inside sales experience (Not mandatory).
- Experience in the Logistics / Express / Bank or NBFC sector and sales preferred.
- General understanding of international trade, regulatory compliance and guidelines.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Effective problemsolving and negotiation skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
Salary:
₹150, ₹240,000.00 per year
