Urgently seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support to executives and ensure their busy schedules run smoothly.

Job Timings:9 am to 6 pm


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in the Consumer Electronics industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
  • Experience 2 to 3 year in the same domain
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including taking meeting minutes and distributing agendas

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
