Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to identify training needs, analyze performance gaps, and develop learning objectives
- Design and develop effective and engaging instructional materials such as elearning courses, instructorled training, videos, job aids, and assessments
- Work collaboratively with project managers, graphic designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery of training programs
- Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend modifications to training programs as needed
- Stay uptodate with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies
Schedule:
- Day shift
