1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget

Foster teamwork between all project members
Establish and maintain relationships & cash flow with third parties/vendors.
Create, develop & maintain spreadsheets, and process maps to maintain comprehensive project documentation including, quotations, work scopes, and handover documents, snag list, feedback form & complaints.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals & report/ escalate to management as needed.
Manage the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification within team and client
Making sure of the timely collection of payments from clients.
Taking and keeping record of the client feedback & team performance.
Schedule Video Shoots by coordinating with client and Venders.
Making sure of the timely snag removal as per the standard time by coordinating between the team.
Keeping record of all the client's complaints and making sure to escalate the issue to the concerned and resolve it at the earliest as per the services terms and warranty mentioned in contracts.
