Description
Clinical knowledge of managing critical (Medical and surgical) patients.
Able to perform all clinical procedures.
Able to manage all emergencies.
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results.

To look after all the MICU admissions, referrals, emergencies, shift outs and transfers.

Collect medical information from parents, family members, or other medical professionals. Record patient medical histories.

To inform patient details to the concerned consultant. To attend rounds with concerned consultants and record the details.
To look after admission and discharge procedure of the patient in MICU.
Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.
Monitor patient progress or responses to treatments.
To check medication and other documentation errors by RMO's and provide counselling as required.
Supervise the work of RMO in the department.
To keep documentation updated as per the hospital protocols.
To preserve constantly to upgrade quality of patient care by implementing newer methods of care and treatment plan.

Ensure that shift outs and discharges are done as per protocol.
Communication with patient/ patient relative to address issues/ concerns/ queries.

To participate in the legal/ compliance audits by the Government officials and is responsible to answer any queries raised by them.

To provide continuous training and guidance to the resident doctors, nursing staff and consultants about the statutory compliance requirements.


Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
