Customer Service Representative - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - Futurehook Technologies
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical products.
- Communicate effectively in English and preferably in Tamil or Kannada languages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering highquality service.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Tamil or Kannada languages is preferred.
- Background or relevant experience in the electrical industry is advantageous.
- Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software systems.
Salary:
₹300, ₹330,000.00 per year
