Description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical products.
  • Communicate effectively in English and preferably in Tamil or Kannada languages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering highquality service.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Tamil or Kannada languages is preferred.
  • Background or relevant experience in the electrical industry is advantageous.
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software systems.

Salary:
₹300, ₹330,000.00 per year
