    Roles & Responsibilities :

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our organization as a Deputy Manager in the Admin Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Admin in terms Travel Desk, Vendor Management and to support other admin activities.

    Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and lead a team of travel coordinators to ensure efficient operation of the centralised travel desk.
    • Leading Travel & Expenses (T&E) expense operations within T&E, entirely accountable for delivering high-quality, cost-efficient and timely customer service in alignment with budgets and management expectations

    Travel Coordination:

    • Oversee the coordination of all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other logistical needs.
    • Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures, and implement best practices for travel management keeping in mind the travel budgets.

    Vendor Management:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and travel management companies.
    • Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to optimize travel expenses while maintaining service quality.
    • Oversee the process of travel related payments on time, timely follow-up with finance team for payment details to be shared to respective vendor.

    Travel Support:

    • Ensure travel desk acts as a point of contact for employees regarding travel inquiries, issues, and emergencies.
    • Provide assistance and support to travellers before, during, and after their trips to ensure a positive travel experience.
