RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an indepth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Analyses existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and singlesourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Produce highquality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easytounderstand user interface text, online help and developer guides
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven working experience in technical writing of user and service manuals
- Proven working experience in writing process analysis, SOPs, technical bulletins and regulatory submittals
- Ability to deliver highquality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 01+ years of Technical writing experience, with demonstrated ability in the following areas: User and service manuals, process analysis, SOPs, technical bulletins and regulatory submittals.
