Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

• Min years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for IT Services of the organisation.
• Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate marketing messages.
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
