Need Pre-Primary School Principal with 5 to 8 year experience.

  • As a Pre-Primary School Principal, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the management and operation of the preprimary school.
  • Providing visionary leadership in curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment strategies to ensure highquality education for preprimary students.
  • Hiring, supervising, and evaluating teachers and support staff, providing guidance, professional development opportunities, and feedback to foster their growth and development.
  • Establishing strong relationships with parents, families, and the wider community, fostering open communication, and collaborating on school initiatives to create a positive schoolhome partnership.
  • Developing and implementing innovative and developmentally appropriate programs for young children, including curriculum design, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
  • Overseeing daytoday operations of the preprimary school, including budgeting, financial management, student enrollment, scheduling, and facility management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a preprimary school or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum design, and instructional best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and policies related to preprimary education.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for young children.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
