As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Ø Provide accurate and helpful information about our gemstone products and services.

Ø Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues.

Ø Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Ø Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ø Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Qualifications:

Ø 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer support or a similar role.

Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ø Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Ø Experience of using any CRM tools is a plus.

Ø Knowledge of gemstones or the jewelry industry is a plus.
