This engagement aims to establish and operate a self-sustaining Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) business that spans across Treasury, Investment Banking, Corporate, and Private Banking sectors.
The project focuses on leveraging existing client relationships to drive overall non-yield income through the introduction of new products/services and optimization of currentStrategic Initiative Design:
