Description
Developing and implementing the training programs for cafes and all staffs.

  • Prepare and maintain the training course materials/modules.
  • Develop creative and innovative approach to present the training programs.
  • Evaluate, Examine the new training programs and recommend improvements

Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling ON job training for all staff.


Preparing and maintaining the course materials/modulesCo-ordination with all departments for training and with Content Specialist for creation/modification of training materials.

Bachelors Preferable Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Cafe,QSR Hospitality or Restaurants.

Strong Leadership abilities and good time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
