Summary
Lead the testing team involved in testing water and chemicals. Own and develop test strategy, test plan, test efforts and test estimation. Own the project delivery and ensure quality output.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the product functionalities and requirements.
Desing and develop test setups required to perform system and sub system level testing.
Own, execute and deliver system and sub system testing deliverables such as test plan, test strategy, test protocols, test cases, test reports etc.
Design, develop test plans and test strategies.
Own the test efforts and estimation.
Deliver the project deliverables per the estimated timelines and acceptable quality standards.
Responsible for validation of the identified test methods and Analytical Instruments.
Adhere to Baxter Quality Management system and work in continuous process improvement activities.
Own strategies for external testing and other standards related testing.
Good experience in leading Water and chemical solutions testing or development teams.
Good knowledge in ISO/TS 5111, ISO17381 etc.
Hands on knowledge on water and chemical testing equipment and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.

Professional Experience:

10 to 15 yrs of experience in Water and Chemical Testing
Water treatment plant and Water Lab Management
Chemical testing
