Roles and Responsibility
AS 400 Job Description

Responsibilities:

Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience in production support management processes & tools
Should be able to prioritize work for self & team and handle support tickets & regular tasks (L3) appropriately
Monitor AS400 Servers and reporting
Monitor iSeries Hardware and reporting
Account management on AS400 Servers
Scheduling jobs, Batch Processing
Running Backup?s and restoration
Support existing systems that manage programs, processes and data involved in the manufacturing process using AS400 RPG.
Experience with EDI.
Strong understanding of native RPG.
