    Designation - Client Servicing Executive

    About us: e intelligence is an end-to-end Web Development & Digital Marketing Agency with offices in the UK and India.. As a leading global Digital agency, e intelligence provides customised and flexible services for a number of Technology & Marketing applications across various industry verticals in the UK and in the US.

    This is a Full Time, Permanent position with competitive salary

    Working: Monday to Friday + (UK Shift)

    Location: Remote

    We, at e intelligence, are excited to announce this new opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-starter to join our growing team of marketing and technology experts. You will take on the responsibility for both onboarding new clients and maintaining the entire life cycle of those accounts in the area of Web Development and Digital Marketing.

    You will have the ability to lead from the front in order to understand client requirements, provide appropriate solutions and deliver results for these accounts within a stipulated time frame. It would suit someone with excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to form and build relationships quickly and to be able to read between the lines, to identify new opportunities to expand the company's service.

    Key Skills & Experience

    • High english proficiency is required
    • 2-3 year of relevant Experience

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Respond, follow up and send proposals to all the inbound leads coming in through our marketing efforts
    • Create, Develop and Sustain business relationships with clients using various communication tools like 1-2-1 Meetings, Video conferencing, Phone calls, emails, CRM software, etc.
    • Be the single point of contact for new clients onboarded and deliver agreed upon services within agreed upon timeframes
    • Liaise directly with clients and provide excellent customer service keeping in mind our standards of communication, response time and transparency
    • Ensure high client retention rate through prompt and transparent communication and consistently delivering within timelines
    • Coordinate with the internal execution team to ensure clear understanding of the client expectations and ensure their team meets those expectations
    • Monitor progress of ongoing projects by coordinating with all the individuals and teams working on the project using project management systems and emails
    • Forecast, measure and report Revenues for assigned accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
