    Coordinate officeactivities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance tocompany policies Supervise administrative staff and divideresponsibilities to ensure performance Manage agendas/travelarrangements/appointments etc.

    for the upper management Managephone calls and correspondence (email letters packages etc.)Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and updaterecords and databases with personnel financial and other data Trackstocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submittimely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedAssist colleagues whenevernecessary
