    Description
    • Conduct SprintPlanning Daily Scrum Retrospectives Demos and other Scrumrelatedmeetings.
    • Identify and removeimpediments or guide the team to address obstaclespromptly.
    • Collaborate closely withthe product owner in backlog grooming management and ensuring thecontinuous delivery offeatures.
    • Implement and optimizeScrum processes using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) JIRAor other project managementtools.
    • Monitor team tasks daily inthe project management tool.
    • Provideservant leadership and Scrum coaching to both technical andnontechnical team members throughout the projectlifecycle.
    • Continuously monitor andimprove Scrum processes to enhance teamefficiency.
    • Demonstrate a keenattention to detail and the ability to resolve issues at lowerlevels if required.
    • Utilize strongcommunication negotiation influencing and conflict resolutionskills.
    • Engage in effective clientinterfacing and lead the team as a ScrumMaster.
    • Demonstrate a selflearningattitude and the ability to takeinitiative.
    • Possess goodcommunication and documentation skills for preparing highleveldocuments such as SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and SDD(Software DesignDocument).


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in a relevantfield.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)or equivalent certification.
    • Provenexperience as a Scrum Master in Agile software developmentenvironments.
    • Familiarity withproject management tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server(TFS) JIRA etc.
    • Excellent leadershipand coaching skills.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Effective communicationand documentationskills.


    Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in gamedevelopment, specifically in Unreal Engine. Candidates proficientin Unity3D and willing to transition to Unreal Engine will also beconsidered. Extensive experience working on multiplayer games,understanding the challenges and intricacies involved in developinginteractive online gaming experiences. Strong knowledge of vectormath and linear algebra, enabling you to implement advanced gamemechanics and physics simulations. Proficiency in OOP concepts,data structures, and algorithms, ensuring clean and efficient code.Solid programming skills in C++ or C#, with the ability to writeoptimized and maintainable code. Excellent problem-solving skills,with the ability to think creatively and devise innovativesolutions to technical challenges. Familiarity with agile and Scrumdevelopment methodologies, understanding the importance ofiterative development, frequent releases, and continuousimprovement. Strong communication and collaboration skills, withthe ability to work effectively within a teamenvironment.
