• Scrum Process Facilitation: Serve as a facilitator for all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that these events are wellstructured, productive, and focused on achieving the team's objectives.
• Team Empowerment: Empower and enable the development team to selforganize, make decisions, and take ownership of their work. Guide the team in understanding and implementing Agile principles and Scrum practices effectively.
• Project Management: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and proactively address any obstacles or issues that may impede the team's progress. Foster an environment that supports the team's continuous productivity and ensures the project stays on track.
• Agile Coach: Mentor and coach the team on Agile values, principles, and practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. Encourage experimentation and the adoption of Agile best practices.
• Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze project data to track team performance and project progress. Generate meaningful reports and metrics, such as burndown charts and velocity, to provide insights and support decisionmaking processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the development team, product owners, stakeholders, and other project teams. Ensure transparency and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies. Anticipate and address potential issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or scope.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization. Encourage and implement process enhancements to optimize team performance and delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)) is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and management
• Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities to address projectrelated challenges and foster a positive team environment
• Proficiency in using Agile project management tools and software
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, best practices, and quality assurance processes
