Roles & responsibilities:

  • Reminder Calls
  • Follow up calls
  • Customer mapping by different online portals
  • Lead generation by various means allotted
  • Report generation
  • Inform Advisor about the customer visit
  • Collect contact information of the walk in clients & pass the same to the adviser and team
  • Good Communication skills.
  • English Proficiency.
  • ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED
  • Tele calling experience in luxury retails preferred.

  • MS office (word & excel) basic knowledge required
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Minimum HSC or Graduate from any stream must)].
  • Must have at least 6 months to 4years of experience. Freshers are also Welcome
