As the Growth Associate:

School Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Program Management
  • Drive the delivery of school career guidance initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Scheduling and management of deliverables with Career Coaches
  • Operational assistance for on ground associates before and after events/programs
  • Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for the organisation
  • Designs, coordinates, and implements training programs for personnel within the organisation
  • Monitor user engagement and ideate customised strategies to drive student engagement

Client Engagement Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including school leaders, parents, counsellors and other internal cross functional teams

Responsible for execution of all operations & administrative tasks

Communication and management of deliverables with the school stakeholders

Relationships and Representation

Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Be a key and responsive point of contact and represent Mindler to a wide variety of people and organisations

Establish regular feedback cycles with various stakeholders

Build and develop cross-organisational relationships to facilitate the achievement of operational plan

Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
