Treasury Operations

Liquidity management
Support treasury operations team for planning of funds available with the Company for its daytoday operations
Close coordination with RM's in banks
Complete Coordination on Fixed Deposits and MF transactions (Investment /Redemption/ Switch) and monitoring and tracking of funds and respective yields through periodic MIS.
MIS relating to treasury operations

Debt Fund raising activities

Work on updating month on month company information to facilitate speedy credit facility proposal submission, rating agency information requirements and manage responses to query from lenders.
Support in pre and post documentation formalities of credit facilities upon sanction.
Prepare monthly/periodic monitoring reports for timely submission to lenders / investors.
Prepare monthly / periodic MIS on borrowings, WROI, portfolio and delinquency cuts and analysis.
Prepare, maintain and track covenant compliance.
Prepare asset / liability maturity reports with analysis and various periodwise cuts.
Prepare and manage lenderwise book debts / receivable compliance. Assign and release book debts as per respective lender's covenants.
Compile and update Industry / peer level comparative database.

Financial Analyst

Analyze financial data and create financial modelsfor decision support
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and adhoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point
