Position Overview

The ISPL CTO manages global production (Application, Infrastructure, and Production Security), Network, Telecom, and Datacenter, as well as Digital Working and Customer teams.

Moreover, she/he is responsible for Data and Service Management teams. All perimeters of CIB & ITG
Application
Production
Support (APS) teams are under her/his remit.

She/he acts global, managing Production operations in the regions EMEA, AMER & APAC for CIB and ITG.She/he works closely with Cyber Security and Risk IT teams as well as with BNPP Group Production stakeholders.

In a context within which regulation and internal controls become more and more stringent and cyber threats are a challenge, the ISPL CTO relies on its Production Security to secure Production platforms while remaining both, stable and competitive to serve Business Lines.

She/He is responsible for the stability, resilience and robustness of the platforms, being in charge of day-to-day production, is responsible for technology within her/his scope, and consulted for shared technology projects at territory level.

The ISPL CTO faces the business lines on a very regular basis. Strongly engaged, she/he understands and influences the business strategy.

She/he actively contributes together with the
ISPL CIO to the ISPL IT strategy definition and implementation, as well as the Global Production strategy implementation.

She/he is responsible for the execution and deployment of this strategy.

The ISPL CTO functionally has dual reporting to Global CIB CTO and ITG CTO and locally reports to the
ISPL CIO.

ISPL CTO is a member of the ISPL IT and Global ITO Production ExCo. She/He ensures adherence to Group Principles and Governance within the frame of IT Filières (e.g. Telecom) or common services (e.g. workspace).

Responsibilities

Leads about #1000 production staff across CIB and ITG
Articulates the vision for ISPL Production to serve ISPL business lines strategy, in line with the Group strategy and Security policies
Actively optimizes the ISPL ITO Production Cluster budget, analyses values and risks, drives relevant actions in coherence with the CIB and the Global Production strategy
Adheres to and enforces overall IT Governance mandate as per Group, CIB and Territory guidelines
Fosters an environment that encourages teamwork, openmindedness, creativity, agility, innovation and a "cando" attitude
Interfaces with the second and third line of defense, external auditors and supervisory bodies
Ensures safety, resilience, and robustness of the production platform
Contributes to implement the Cyber Security strategy, in consistency with IT Production strategy
Responsible for purchases of technological equipment and software related to Production; oversees vendor contract negotiations and third parties relationships in partnership with Strategic Sourcing and in line with Third-PartyManagement practices.
Manages and maintains strategic relationship with its key technology/services partners
