Job - Tele-caller & Client Relation

Job Title - Customer Success Executive

Salary - 15, ,000

Objectives of this role

  • Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods
  • Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling
  • Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a caller
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and followup activities using CRM software
  • Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements
  • Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers
  • Effectively Communicate & bridge between Internal Teams & Customers
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support telecalling efforts
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to better serve clients

Responsibilities:


  • Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while telecalling
  • Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
  • Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling
  • Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
  • Adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology while telecalling
  • Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients
Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or high school
  • Effective & Strong communication skills and command of the English, Tamil & Hindi language.
  • Previous experience in a telecaller job or similar role
  • Data entry skills to complement the telecalling work
  • Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
  • High Convincing Skills
  • Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, and English
  • 5 years of telecalling experience
  • Proven track record of lead generation and client communication
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Research skills for telecalling and reaching out to new clientele
  • Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints.
  • Knowledge of CRM software programs and telephone systems is a big bonus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
