The People Success Business Partner (PSBP) Team enables the business by understanding business priorities and translating them into a HR agenda that supports it.

They are the torch bearers of Bizongo's culture and values and drive solutions with an Employee First Approach.

Reviewing and analyzing business unit data periodically to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience is the key priority of the team.

What you'll be doing:

Driving customer centricity in the organization by building a culture of collaboration and accountability
Maintaining a balance between business and employee priorities to drive HR solutions
Driving people strategies in the organization through innovative projects
Guiding and motivating the PSBP Team to succeed

As a PSBP a typical month will include:

Implementing new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business
Partnering with the business to lead the performance review processes which focus on performance management and talent development
Working with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
Developing and implement employee engagements activities
TouchPoints like on 1s, Skip levels, FGDs, Rewards & recognition programs, pulse surveys etc
Assisting people managers in talent management career development, performance management, talent development and retention management
Reviewing and analyzing data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements
3 to 5 years' experience in HRBP role in a dynamic, fast paced start up
The ability to influence; establish and maintain effective relationships and gain reputation as trusted advisor and business partner
Proven track record of strong balance between employee and organization level priorities
Enthusiastic team player and ability to create positive work environment, high on Collaboration
