We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as telecallers.As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Excellent communication skills in both English and [Regional Language] are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits.
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a followup appointment.
- Record details of each interaction, including outcomes, in the company database.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and [Regional Language] (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
