Overview:
"Deliver background research & analysis on client projects. Key objective at this stage is to develop as good analysis & critical thinking skills, developing fundamental business skills by being exposed to a range of tough client issues, hard functional skills as well as soft skills (presentation, client interaction).


Responsibilities:


  • To be responsible for developing, managing and delivering strategic consulting engagements for the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain.
  • To provide global industry analysis, custom consulting, growth consulting (strategy consulting), market research, market forecasts and insights into emerging technologies and monitor the concerned and connected markets.
  • The Consultant will serve as the primary analyst on most projects, play a supporting research role and manage project teams of internal consultants/analysts. Sometimes the consultant will hold full responsibility for the leadership of consulting engagements, ensuring the integrity of strategic & tactical recommendations and the development of detailed business/market strategies. The Consultant can also at times be the definitive point of contact for clients and will be required to demonstrate expert market knowledge and develop strong business partnerships.


Project Leadership - Manage project teams and ensure the delivery of major strategic consulting engagements from initial scoping discussions to completion.

Confidently present and communicate project outcomes at C-level.


Research and Strategic Evaluation - Develop market intellectual property and powerful, actionable strategic recommendations based on a profound understanding of the Client's markets/industry.


  • Client Relationship Management
- a) Author strategic market reports/presentations based upon focused industry research, whilst interpreting/analyzing key data and presenting accurate results at a senior level.
- b) Fulfill consulting engagements as either a lead analyst or as a project manager as required by the specific engagement.
- c) Develop client engagement skills by working closely with senior consulting team members of Frost & Sullivan.
- d) Regular Client liasioning, client meetings to expand client base etc.

Internal Development - Contribute to Frost & Sullivan's consulting offering, standards and processes.

Industry Management
- a) # and value of Growth workshops done for clients.
- b) Consistently Meeting client expectations on consulting fulfillment.
- c) Incremental topline and bottom line value of projects.

Domain Expertise
- a) Act as an industry expert and advisory function.
- b) Presenting in conferences/Knowledge Partnership.
- c) Interaction with Industry Association.

  • Industry Connect
- a) Ongoing relationship with key Industry players.
- b) Following up on developments of the selected key players in the Industry.

  • Improve the consulting skill sets within the team
  • Manage own consulting target
Thought Leadership

  • Set the business unit research agenda for the year in collaboration with the MEASA Industrial head and global counterparts, ensuring a blend of research types to meet the requirements of our customers. This includes market analysis, competitive benchmarking and visionary research
  • Ensure delivery of annual research plan, meeting with global product managers and the regional research team regularly to make sure key measures of performance are being met.
  • Develop thought leadership on critical research topics, personally delivering presentations, managing workshops and promoting through media channels
People management and leadership

  • Motivate, drive and inspire the team to achieve consistent revenue delivery inline with annual business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and direct leadership to the respective teams
  • Undertake performance reviews and annual appraisals
  • Establish individual consulting team targets
