About Role


We are looking for an ambitious and high-energy sales manager, to lead and support the sales and marketing team and implement sales tactics to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sell Waltr Products (internetconnected devices for water management) to Residential Apartments and Commercial buildings
  • Meet prospective customers, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasize product features and benefits
  • Generate Leads, attend prefixed meetings and network with existing customers to create a pipeline for sales
  • Follow-Up after the presentation, prospect visits, negotiate pricing and ensure Closures
  • Ensure payment collections from existing and new customers
  • Developing a comprehensive and aligned strategic monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan
  • Identifying product improvements or new products as per current industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Requirements:


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively Intracity and sometimes Intercity
  • Should have a sense of ownership to complete projects independently
  • Good Time management and presentation skills
  • Valid Driving License with own vehicle
