Risk Management Services (RMS):

RMS is an internal function within EY, responsible for protecting the organization from the risks that may arise from its professional practice.

We work closely with all parts of the organization to identify and manage risks providing coordinated advice and assistance on independence, conflicts, compliance, regulatory, policy, security issues as well as dealing with claims and any queries regarding ethics.

The GDS RMS team enjoys good visibility within the global EY RMS community and has been involved in development of some essential RMS processes.

Position Summary:

This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute global processes related to personal Independence monitoring activities.

Responsibilities (Analytical/Decision making):

Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques
Analyse the research findings, draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research requirement
Understands requirements of firm and regulators' risk management rules and policies
Completes all assigned projects/tasks in line with the standard operating procedures
Ensures completeness, accuracy and appropriateness of all task assigned
Facilitates and drives the process to completion by timely following up on requests from Onshore
Plans and organizes own work and keeps the project managers / stakeholders informed of status and activities
Performs a selfreview of the results prior to submitting to the project managers
Flags issues/potential challenges to the project managers at an appropriate time so that timely action can be initiated

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:

Excellent customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
Highest standard of ethics, integrity, and values.
Role may require working post shift hours
Attributes will be agility, teaming and global mindset.
Good analytical skills with a logical mindset

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements

MBA/MCOM/MA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institute

years of experience in a research / analysis role

Welldeveloped analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills in English
Well acquainted with MS Office
