SoCom is an innovative live commerce platform dedicated to revolutionizing the fashion industry by empowering emerging brands and influencers to create meaningful connections with their audiences.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operational Intern to join our dynamic team in Delhi NCR.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication with influencers, coordinating meetings, creating lists of upcoming brands, and identifying fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with influencers, acting as a liaison between them and the company, ensuring timely and effective correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events with influencers, team members, and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
• Research and create lists of upcoming brands and potential partnerships, using various sources such as social media, industry publications, and trend forecasting platforms.
• Identify and analyze fashion trends, staying up-to-date with the latest styles and developments in the industry.
• Assist with content creation for social media, blog posts, and newsletters, showcasing the latest trends and highlighting our partnerships with influencers and brands.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, organizing files, and managing contact lists.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your knowledge, network, and represent SoCom.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for fashion, technology, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),ChatGPT ,Notion and Google Workspace.

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month

• Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
