Business Development Executive (Retail Digit)Responsibilities:
Connecting with potential clients and pitch Retail Digit software product
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Generate sales leads and close sales
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Training and Compensation:
Salary:
Compensation for this position will be INR 5,00,000 per annum, with INR 3,00,000 fixed and INR 2,00,000 variable.
Salary:
₹25, ₹41,660.41 per month
