- US Life Products exposure. Experience with Traditional and/or Annuity products.
- Currently pursuing Associate or Fellow status, with at least 2-5 papers cleared.
- 2 years of life insurance experience covering aspects such as pricing, valuation, risk management, model development, model validation, cashflow testing, ALM.
- Proficiency with AXIS or a similar actuarial projection or valuation software.
- Excellent analytical abilities and a knack for innovative problem-solving.
- Capacity to handle multiple work assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Support in the conversion and valuation of various business segments.
- Aid in model testing and validation post model conversion.
- Create cashflow models for insurance liabilities, investments, and derivatives.
- Conduct experience analysis on insurance blocks.
- Generate income statements and balance sheets for financial models.
- Perform movement analysis to monitor and explain changes in the company's capital position.
- Develop new features and enhancements to the model as needed for improved efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating capital requirements for potential acquisitions and reinsurance blocks in support of new business activities.
- Offer ad hoc capital analysis and financial projections for strategic initiatives when required.
