    Description

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage a team of 35 resources responsible for pricing of group insurance policies
    • Evaluate quotations / reports prepared by the team before closure with business teams
    • Ensure compliance, profitability and other process guidelines are followed by the team
    • Coach and guide the team to conduct financial analysis/market research to support development of group products
    • Engage with reinsurers and business teams for finalization of quotations
    • Provide sales support for customized business requirements, business acquisition/retention by timely resolution of queries relating to product, pricing and process
    Educational Qualification / Experience:


    • MBA from a Tiered institute, with 510+ years of Experience
    • Actuary Paper qualification with 510+ years of Experience (Benefits of Actuary study policy shall be applicable for employees in Group Pricing teams)
    • Pricing/ Analyst Background
    • B.Tech/ B.E with 10+ years of Experience
    Knowledge & Skills:


    • Good logical reasoning and data analysis
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint
    • Experience of managing a team / multiple stakeholders
    • Negotiation Skills
