As an accredited training provider, we offer a range of OTHM qualifications to students worldwide, and we're looking for a talented trainer to help us deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for OTHM qualifications, ensuring that course content is delivered effectively and meets the learning objectives.
• Develop and customize training materials, resources, and assessments to support the delivery of OTHM courses.
• Provide guidance and support to students, facilitating their learning and development throughout the duration of the course.
• Assess student progress and performance, providing feedback and guidance to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in OTHM education, incorporating new methodologies and techniques into training delivery as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve the quality of our training programs and services.

• Hold a relevant qualification in education, training, or a related field.
• Possess a recognized OTHM qualification or have extensive experience working with OTHM qualifications.
• Proven experience delivering training or teaching in a classroom or online setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of varying backgrounds and abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver training sessions.
• Commitment to providing highquality education and support to students, with a focus on student success and achievement.
