Agrim HFC is an Digital Lending Housing Finance Company (HFC) that caters to the informal and semi-formal self-employed businesses using a mix of technology and human touch.

The Company is founded by Professional bankers and backed by Impact Investors, who wish to contribute to housing finance development in India in finding a home to financing a home and improving livelihoods.

Agrim HFC is growing a multiplier every year and has established its foothold in four states i.e. Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

With ambitions to reach out to potential homebuyer in our segment, we are expanding nationally to reiterate our commitment to the customer segment we serve, and help them locate properties in their budget, and finance those home.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with Head HR to identify manpower requirement across all the locations PAN India.
Determining selection criteria and closing position as per specified TAT
Empanelling Recruitment vendors in co0orination with Head HR

Experience & Skills:

Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Excel, Word & MIS
People friendly having good communication skills and negotiation skills
Can work under monthly target for closing positions

Job details

Office: 18th Floor, Zone start up, Bombay Stock Exchange Building, Fort Mumbai

Office timing: 10.00 am PM ( 9 hrs compulsory with flexible approach )

Working Days ; Monday to Saturday ( 1st Saturday, Second Saturday off, rest of the Saturdays in a month is working )
