Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to sell our IT products and services.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers to showcase our IT solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue for the company.
  • Work closely with the sales team, product development team, and other crossfunctional teams to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and reports in our CRM system.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with IT products and services such as software, hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling IT solutions to enterpriselevel customers.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams, including product development and customer support.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct product demos to potential customers.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
